- Chicken korma, with pilau rice, poppadoms, chutneys and naan.
- Lemon and coriander chicken, with coconut Thai rice.
- Chicken and tarragon pie, with seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes.
- Moroccan lamb and fruity couscous
- Shepherd’s Pie with mint peas
- Lamb jalfreze with pilau rice, naan bread, mango chutney and raita salad.
- Smoked salmon, mushroom & spring onion linguini, in a cream and dill sauce.
- Fisherman’s pie. Smoked haddock, prawns and cod, topped with a cheddar mash.
- Individual parcels of salmon fillet, braised in spring onions, dill, lemon and crème fraiche sauce.
